I have searched everywhere and have found many devices some more expensive and with less capabilities and some cheaper but you have to buy additional components to get what Grizzly is offering.The Service desk was fantastic. They provided prompt, professional service and answered all of my questions and were fair and friendly about my requests.If you are planning on shipping it to a friend in the USA and then having the friend ship it overseas , I would try and take the option of buying something extra to get over the $200 foreign order limit and having the vendor send it to you direct.They must have a quantity discount with the postal services so you benefit again.The tool is able to bend curves, twist straights and create scrolls.I have seen other devices that could do the same job but would cost upwards of $500 + .Another vendor also had a great product but you had to wait until they could fill orders before they would purchase and obtain a new delivery which is fair enough but if you want your gear now, then I think I will be looking at Grizzly first.Now I have to use it otherwise I will be nagged silly for getting another tool for a rainy day.
