Ok, I buy a lot of small parts for various projects. Nobody that I could find make a quality 4-string hardtail bridge, so after reading the reviews, I figured that if I ordered two of these, I could probably make one good one out of the two. And the price was right. And I was right! Sure enough, the first one shipped with a very poorly machined hex key that would just spin in the some of the set screws; at first I suspected bad set screws, but then I went and got good hex key from my own personal tools, and sure enough, it worked just fine. Now, for the second bridge that I ordered: it came with a good hex key, however the paint on the top of the saddles is thin and looks terrible. So....sure enough my instincts paid off. The first bridge is ok, the second hex key is ok ( I have my own hex keys as well) and the second bridge can be used for spare setscrews despite the terrible paint. In conclusion, I recommend ordering 3 of these if you need one; that way you can probably piece together what you need. Its the nature of the beast in market saturated with mass produced Chinese junk and no quality alternatives available.
